Glaive of Cadmus

This is the first thing for Industrial Design class that I'm able to show. The assignment was to design a weapon that fits with an already existing character and world. The teacher gave us a list of five different fictional worlds to choose from, and I chose God of War. Final on the left, initial rough sketches on the right.
My vague mythological underpinning for this concept is that this is the jawbone of the dragon that Cadmus slew.
